Your Mobilehome Insurance Policy will include these coverages:
- Mobile Home Protection
- Protection for Improvements
- Personal Property Protection
- Family Liability Protection
- Guest Medical Protection
- Loss of Use of Your Mobile Home
You can choose from two policies:
- Deluxe Policy: The more comprehensive policy that protects your mobilehome against loss from almost any hazard, except those losses specifically excluded or limited in the policy.
- Standard Policy: Coverage for those mobilehome owners who don't need a more extensive policy.
Additional coverages include:
- Emergency Removal: To move your home if an oncoming fire or other insured peril threatens your mobilehome. We'll pay up to $500 to move it to a safer location.
- Trip Collision: Consider this option when moving your mobilehome to a new location. Contact your agent prior to your move to obtain this protection.
- Fire Department Charges: For fire department service charges if your mobilehome is located in an area that's not serviced by a fire department.
You may also consider purchasing coverage for:
- Flood : Since a Mobilehome Insurance Policy* doesn't typically cover a flood, find out if you're eligible for a Flood Insurance Policy.
You can personalize your policy with Optional Coverages such as:
- Extended coverage on jewelry, watches and furs
- Additional dwelling rented to others
- Increased coverage on radio or TV antennas
- Additional insured persons
- Business pursuits
Or, you can purchase Scheduled Personal Property protection with increased coverage for personal property items with value greater than the limits provided in your Mobilehome Insurance Policy or through the Optional Coverages listed above. |
