PROJECT REFERRAL PROGRAM

4M Capital Partners Programs are always seeking sound opportunities (Projects) in which to invest. The Partners Programs offer to pre-registered participants an opportunity to refer Projects for consideration to the Company. This Referral Program is open to both investors in the Partners Programs, as well as, unaffiliated third parties. If an opportunity or project is referred by a pre-registered Project Referral Participant and the Project is accepted, the Referral Participant will be compensated.

Compensation is based on a lead generation and data gathering formula, not on the buying and selling of Real Estate. Compensation ranges from $500 per single family dwelling lead up to 15% of the adjusted net profits for other project leads.

After first registering with our Project Referral Program, you locate a potential project for one of the programs; go to forms on our website and choose Project Referral Form, Print Form, Complete Form and Return Form to us by mail or fax. Upon review, acceptance into one of our programs and the closing of the transaction you will be compensated based on your level of participation.
