and Note Brokerage Business' in the Country.
If you
are a Note Broker or Mortgage Broker who would like to: Remain
Active in the Business, Earn a Fair Return on Your Effort, Forego
all the Hassle, then 4M Capital Mortgage Funding Broker Participation Program
may be for you.
The Broker
Participation Program is designed for those Brokers who have many
contacts and have the time needed to gather data and information,
collect documents, follow up all details and negotiate with the
note seller, note originator, etc. In turn, the Broker would like
an Organization that is small enough to remain Personal and Friendly
yet large enough to provide Timely, Smooth and Efficient Service.
4M Capital Mortgage Funding's Broker Participation Program works hard to
meet the needs of the Broker and Customers. After submitting a
qualified customer and completing the appropriate paperwork the
Broker and 4M Capital Mortgage Funding will participate on a predetermined
basis in any fees received from the closing transactions.
To participate
in our Broker Participation Program. Each Broker must complete
our Broker Program Application and from then on simply submit
your qualified lead / customer through email (fax) using our Online
Note Quote Request Form (ONQRF 0603-01). A Confirmation will be
sent to you when we receive your submission along with a checklist
of requirements. The Broker Fee Percentage determined
by completion of requirements the Broker wishes to perform without
4M Capital's Participation. IE: The More the Broker does the
More the Broker Earns on each Transaction.
4M Capital Mortgage Funding will provide all the necessary ingredients for a Smooth
and Successful closing. We only ask the following of you:
Broker to work exclusively
with 4M Capital Mortgage Funding on all Broker Participation Program Customers
Broker to
gather information required in a timely manner
