Our experience in the retail real estate business has shown that the large majority of licensees are either on the "way in" the real estate business or on the "way out" of the real estate business. For whatever reason, the "excitement" and "dreams of grandeur" that initially motivated us to join the real estate industry have met with reality. Most licensees enjoy working, socializing, providing a service to clients, and making money. What most licensees do not like are all the fees, dues, office requirements, insurance and other red tape.

Our program is simple in the sense that we offer a nationwide AGENT-CLIENT MATCHING SERVICE whereby clients based on property type, property location and client profile are connected to real estate professionals who have passed our SCREENING PROCESS and will provide a smooth, efficient and rewarding experience for those clients. Upon Completion of the client transaction, the Broker/Agent to whom the client was matched will pay  LandWise Referral Natwork, LLC a fee. There is no charge to the client.

You may ask where do I fit into the program?
LandWise Referral Network, LLC allows you to place your real estate license under them and to act as a Client Referral Agent. A Client Referral Agent responsibilities includes meeting with potential clients to introduce them to our AGENT-CLIENT MATCHING SERVICE, assisting them in completing our client registration, following up to evaluate the relationship of the Agent-Client and the service being offered-- This in exchange for a percentage of the fee collected by LandWise Referral Network, LLC upon successful completion of the client  transaction.

You may ask, how is this different than a traditional agent to agent referral or other nationwide referral services.

First of all, our program name implies the main difference. We do not just refer but rather match client, property type and location with an agent who has passed our SCREENING PROCESS. Secondly, LandWise Capital Partners, LLC ,an affiliated company, will in many cases offer (with full disclosure) to purchase the client property. Note, the Client Referral Agent will still receive their percentage fee even if property is purchased by LandWise Capital Partners, LLC or any other LandWise affiliate. Additionally,  LandWise Referral Network differs from most other agent to agent services in the fact that we are not a Broker who LIST Client Property for Sale. For those situations in which LandWise Capital Partners, LLC does not buy or provide a buyer, our system will choose a real estate professional who will obtain the best possible price in the shortest possible time, with the least inconveniences to our client.

The key difference between our Agent-Client Matching Service and other Nationwide Referral Services is that we do not start with a LIST of Broker/Agents who have paid a fee to be on the referral systems list. Our policy is to NOT charge a registration fee and to only match our clients with Broker/Agents who have successfully completed and passed our screening process.
